You acknowledge that English360.com intends to charge a fee for some services and to change its fees from time to time in its sole discretion. If English360.com terminates your Membership, you will be entitled to a refund of the unused portion of your subscription fees. If you terminate your Membership or if English360.com terminates your membership because you have breached the Agreement, you shall not be entitled to a refund of any fees.
You must comply with all applicable laws in connection with your access to and use of the Site or Service, and you must comply with such further limitations as may be stated in a written or online notice from English360, Inc. As a condition of your access to and use of the Site or Service, you agree that you will not use the Site or Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by the Agreement.
